Questions and Answers

Q. How much does it cost?

A. We have a variety of party packages and attractions. The price varies for each party package depending on the size of the package that you choose. Attractions can also be purchased individually. However, we also offer discounts for multiple attractions purchased.

Q. Can we bring our own food?

A. Yes and no. You can bring your own cake and ice cream. We'll store the ice cream in our freezer so it doesn't melt. If you want to purchase additional food like pizza, hot dogs, or sodas, we have those available for purchase at our facility.

Q. What are the rules for the deposit?

Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 14 days notice you may apply your deposit to any available date or time within the next two months. Any party cancelled with less than 14 days will forfeit their deposit.  We will work with you on rain delays and do not count that as a cancellation.

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are conveniently located at 6520 Queenston Blvd. Houston, Texas 77084. Stop by any time!

Q. When should we arrive for our party?

A. If you've booked a party, we recommend that you show up a few minutes early so we can get everyone checked in and escorted to your party room.

Q. What should I expect during my party?
A. It's our goal to make your party the best party possible. We provide a host that will take care of everything for you...from going over what to expect, and keeping the party flowing by escorting you from one party location to the next (party room to attractions, etc.). Our hosts will work hard for you. Need something...just ask!

Q. To tip or not to tip?

A. Our party hosts work extremely hard for you. Although you're by no means required to leave a tip, if you're happy with the service that our staff has provided, our party hosts would truly appreciate your gratuity. Whatever you decide, fear not, we are committed to providing you with the best party possible.

Q. I see that awesome rock wall. Do I need any special equipment to use it?

A. No. Texas Jump N Splash provides you with everything you need to have fun on our rock wall. However, we do have a waiver that will need to be signed in order to use it. So, please come a few minutes early to get the waiver signed. Then...have fun! 

Q. I need some positive morale for my office. What do you do for team building?

A. Texas Jump N Splash is a great place for team building. Get the entire team together and tell them to invite their families. You can rent our entire facility for the night. This is a great way to get everyone involved and provides your team with a night of good, clean fun. Your employees will love the attention this option provides. In addition to working with corporations, our facility is available to be rented for your church or school as well. Your guests will love it! We guarantee it!

Q. Our school is looking for a fundraiser and wants to know if you can help?

A. We get this request OFTEN!  Call us at 832-643-2428 so we can discuss your specific needs. In general, we donate 10% of all proceeds to your charity when your participants provide us with a flyer stating that they are with you.
